Match your brand with a specialized agent

The platform includes a roster of AI agents with different profiles, allowing merchants to select one that aligns with their business requirements.

Selection is based on three criteria:

• Level: Agents are categorized as Junior, Senior, or Manager to correspond with the store’s user traffic volume.
• Industry expertise: Agents are pre-trained on data from specific retail categories, including Fashion, Tech, Skincare, etc.
• Personality: The agent’s communication style can be set to “Professional,” “Energetic,” or “Knowledgeable” to align with the store’s brand identity.
