How to work with OneMobile?
You will pay a fixed monthly subscription fee based on your chosen plan. If your revenue for the month stays within the plan’s threshold, there will be no success fee. However, if you go over the threshold, a success fee will apply to orders made after exceeding the threshold. For example, if your store is on ScaleUp Plan with a revenue of 1,500 USD, you will only be charged the subscription fee. Once your revenue reaches the 2,000 USD threshold, a success fee of 2.9% will apply to each order beyond that point.
What is success fee? Is there a limit to how much it can cost me?
The success fee is a percentage-based charge that applies on orders that surpasses your plan’s monthly revenue threshold. The rate varies between plans, and you can find the specific rates in the pricing section. Don’t worry, there’s a cap on the success fee to keep costs manageable. Check each plan for details on revenue threshold and success fee caps.
For the updated pricing plans, how does switching plans affect my mobile app?
When you switch plans, the success fee is not charged on the revenue difference between your current overhead revenue and the new plan’s threshold. It will only apply to orders that exceed the new plan’s threshold. If downgrading, you will receive a notification detailing which features, like blocks and screens, are limited, allowing you to adjust your app. After confirming changes, your app must be republished to align with the plan’s terms.
Can I extend the trial period?
Yes, you can request an extension. In rare cases where our standard 14-day free trial is insufficient for a merchant to fully explore the app or successfully launch a store, we recommend contacting our Customer Support for assistance.
How does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy work?
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is exclusively available for the BrandUp and Omni plans, emphasizing our commitment to the exceptional quality of OneMobile. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, simply reach out to us for a full refund of your subscription fee.
How do I get free monthly subscription for OneLoyalty programs?
All plans offer integration with OneLoyalty; however, only the Omni plan includes a free subscription fee for it. Please note that only the fixed subscription fee is waived—other charges, such as the MALM usage charge, will still apply. Our Customer Support team will provide you with a promo code for OneLoyalty.
What if I want custom features but I'm not currently on the Omni plan?
Simply navigate the Get Custom Features button at the top of the page to talk to our team and customize the features according to your preferences.
