1. Customize your AI agent’s tone of voice
It was frustrating when your AI assistant didn’t sound like your brand – too formal when you’re friendly, or too playful when you’re premium.
With this update, you’re finally in control. OneMobile’s AI agents now all come with 6 tones of voice:
- Professional
- Vibrant
- Sophisticated
- Energetic
- Empathetic
- Knowledgeable

How to set up your AI agent’s tone of voice?
- Navigate to the AI Sales Assistant tab > Click Edit profile.
- From there, you can choose the tone of voice for your agent: Professional, Vibrant, Sophisticated, Energetic, Empathetic, Knowledgeable.
2. Train your AI agent on your custom knowledge base
Before this update, your AI relied mostly on general store data. That worked, but not always for product lines that require deeper explanations or richer context.
With this update, you can train your assistant on selected products and your business’ materials – from links to files – so it understands your offerings at a deeper level.

How to train your AI agent on your custom knowledge base?
- Click Training data overview.
- From here, you can set the title, category, and select the type (link or file) for your material.
3. Personalize your AI agent with a custom avatar, name & greeting

Now, you can personalize your AI with a custom avatar, name, and greeting message, giving it a real presence that better reflects your brand.
